- ➤ Syracuse School Board Commissioner Twiggy Billue defended herself on Friday at The Well of Hope Church, denying allegations of misconduct tied to her advocacy for a bullied grandson - the board will hold a public hearing on her potential removal Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 4:30 p.m. at Nottingham High School. - ➤ Cicero Town Supervisor Rob Santucci said the town was aware of delays in trash and recycling pickup in Cicero and Brewerton caused by heavy snowfall and holiday schedules.
