- ➤ Burlington Coat Factory in DeWitt closed in August because a water main break damaged the store, and it is set to reopen Jan. 23 at 3471 Erie Blvd E. Officials say repairs are complete and customers will soon return to shopping. Syracuse.com

- ➤ Clay Planning Board approved Micron Technology’s site plan for a semiconductor plant at White Pine Commerce Park in Clay, clearing the way for today’s groundbreaking ceremony off Route 31.
