- ➤ The 39th annual Medallion Treasure Hunt will begin on Feb. 15 in Onondaga County as daily clues guide participants to a hidden plastic disc. The winner will receive $2,000 — and Summit FCU will donate $500 cash and $500 in ads to a local charity chosen by the winner. Syracuse.com
- ➤ City crews improved snow removal during the storm as residents observed more frequent plowing on main roads with specially treated salt. Officials said lighter traffic on Monday may allow crews to clear neighborhood streets while some side roads remain untouched. CNY Central

- ➤ The family-owned Central New York Business Journal announced today that it will cease publishing online and wind down its operations over the coming weeks after nearly 40 years in business. - ➤ Clarkson University auctioned a historic painting that once inspired the image on the $1 bill at Christie’s in New York, selling it for $2.881 million — well above its estimated range from $500,000 to $1 million.
