- ➤ The New York State Department of Transportation warns drivers of I-81 lane closures in Syracuse for pavement and lighting repairs on the I-81 Viaduct Project. Northbound lanes will close from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and southbound lanes from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 16 to 20. CNY Central
