- ➤ After a fire displaced about 50 residents at Nob Hill Apartments early Saturday, Feb. 28, the Red Cross opened a shelter at Onondaga Community College’s SRC Arena at 4585 West Seneca Turnpike — firefighters took two hours to extinguish the blaze and treated an 80-year-old woman and a child who were hospitalized.
