- ➤ The Onondaga County District Attorney's office is set to file felony larceny charges today against 15 hotel owners+their accountants if they do not pay $1.8 million in overdue room occupancy taxes collected from visitors, with county officials saying the funds support local arts, culture+ and entertainment programs.
