- ➤ Fuel costs have nearly doubled this year, causing some airlines to raise fares by 15 to 20 percent. Travelers at Syracuse Hancock International Airport are urged to book early as summer demand increases and I-81 construction may cause delays. CNY Central

- ➤ Upstate Medical University celebrated nearly 450 graduates, including future doctors, nurses, and researchers, at the commencement ceremony on May 3 at Onondaga Community College’s SRC Arena (4585 W.
