- ➤ More than 55 vendors and 58 food trucks gathered Saturday at Chevy Court at the New York State Fairgrounds for the sixth-annual Food Truck Battle, drawing thousands to try foods from gyros to deep-fried Oreos. - ➤ Popeye the Slayer Man 2 is filming in Upstate New York with Daniel Baldwin as a mayor and Avaryana Rose as his daughter (with returning actors) as vengeful Popeye seeks revenge after his home is lost. Directed by Robert Michael Ryan, the horror sequel lacks a release date. Syracuse.com
