- ➤ More than 1,000 power customers still face outages this morning after strong winds brought down trees — especially in parts of Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga and Cortland counties. - ➤ On Friday, May 30, Governor Hochul announced that the state requested a Secretarial Disaster Designation after April frost damaged fruit crops, causing near-total losses in some cases.
