- ➤ The Landmark Theater began the next phase of its $1.5 million interior renovations to restore its 97-year-old auditorium to its original 1928 look. The project includes restoring the proscenium arch, balcony walls and rail, and the ceiling up to the balcony landing — work that will be completed before its Centennial Celebrations in 2028.
