  • The annual Ride — Run for the Rescue 2025 event will celebrate its 20th anniversary on July 19 with new gear and medals for participants. Organizers invite individuals and teams to join bike rides of 40, 20, or 10 miles and a timed 5K run to raise funds for the Rescue Mission that feeds those in need.  CNY Central

  • On Friday night at 10:20 p.m., William Keyes—a 63-year-old man with medical concerns—was last seen at an apartment complex in Clay, and the sheriff’s office said his welfare is at risk and asked anyone with information to call 911.  Syracuse.com

  • At Grant Middle School in Syracuse, the World Refugee Day Festival celebrated new Americans with cultural performances, food from local vendors, and more than two dozen resource booths.
