- ➤ IKEA will open a new 70,000 square-foot store at Destiny USA in Syracuse in the fall; the store will feature fully furnished room settings, a custom design area, and food offerings for shoppers. - ➤ Micron Technology said trucks will roll by the Clay chipmaking site nearly once per minute during the first year of construction—using up to 550 trucks each day to bring in fill and remove topsoil. Truck traffic will be cut in half next year when a new rail spur opens. Syracuse.com

- ➤ The state Department of Environmental Conservation launched Snapshot NY — a citizen science program that invites residents to use their trail cameras on private or permitted public land to capture images and help track wildlife across the state.
