- ➤ A Friday afternoon house fire at 222 West Matson Avenue on Syracuse’s South Side left four people displaced with no injuries as firefighters arrived at 3:21 p.m. and quickly controlled the blaze—Red Cross personnel are now assisting those affected while investigators work to determine the cause.
