- ➤ Community leaders, advocates and residents celebrated the grand opening of Thrive Syracuse this weekend. The dispensary said it will reinvest 51% of its profits — funding local programs through the Center for Community Alternatives. CNY Central
- ➤ Fifty advocates gathered Friday in Fulton to report that the ICE raid at Nutrition Bar Confectioners left dozens of workers missing or deported and caused local families to face hardship—some now must choose between food and legal help. - ➤ The state Court of Appeals denied a Fayetteville resident’s appeal to stop plans to turn the old O’Brien and Gere building at 547 E. Genesee St. into a Hannaford supermarket.
