- ➤ Adam Brian Kaiser quit his consulting job and launched his artisanal chocolate business, Adam Brian Chocolat, in downtown Syracuse after perfecting his bonbons at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and now sells them online and at local events—his science background helps him craft each batch with care. - ➤ Business crews are working around the clock to restore the Novelis plant in Scriba after a Sept. 16 fire knocked out its hot mill. - ➤ Owner Jason Thomas said the historic Arad Evans Inn in Fayetteville will close on November 22 after 30 years, with nine dinner services remaining, while new owners plan to reopen it in summer 2026.
