  • The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority hosted its largest-ever Wings for All rehearsal on Saturday at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, welcoming 48 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to practice the air travel process. The event simulated real travel—covering parking, check-in, TSA screening, terminal navigation, and boarding a United Express aircraft—and helped airport, airline, and TSA staff improve support for future trips.  CNY Central

  • Local rock guitarist Dave Cook died in a rollover crash on Route 481 in Cicero—he was 67, known for his work with Mad Jack and Cousin Jake, and is survived by his wife Amy and son Mason.  Syracuse.com
