- ➤ Kenneth Brown, 40, is charged with criminal negligent homicide after his 1-year-old daughter Kyra Brown overdosed on a pill containing fentanyl and cocaine that he left in an accessible area at their 410 Burdick Ave home on October 31, 2024—paramedics found her unresponsive, she later died at Upstate University Hospital, and police arrested him on May 22.
